Blackjack Is Like A Rollercoaster
Blackjack is a game that reminds me somewhat of a wild ride. Black jack is a game that kicks off slowly, but gradually picks up speed. As you ramp up your bankroll, you feel like you are getting up to the top of the coaster and then when you are not expecting it, the bottom falls.
Blackjack is so similar to a crazy ride the similarities are eerie. As with the popular amusement park ride, your black jack game will peak and things will be going well for a time before it bottoms out again. Of course you have to be a black jack player that can adjust well to the ups … downs of the game mainly because the game of blackjack is packed full of them.
If you like the little coaster, one that will not go too high or fast, then bet small. If you find the only way that you can enjoy the crazy ride is with a much bigger bet, then hop aboard for the crazy ride of your life on the monster coaster. The high-stakes gambler will love the view from the monster roller coaster because he or she is not thinking about the drop as they rush head first to the top of the game.
A win goal and a loss limit works well in blackjack, but very few gamblers adhere to it. In blackjack, if you "get on the rollercoaster" as it’s going up, that’s just great, but when the cards "go south" and the coaster starts to toss and turn, you had better bail out in a hurry.
If you don’t, you will not naturally recount how much you enjoyed the view while your bank roll was "up". The only thing you will remember is a lot of uncertainties, a nice ride and your head in the air. As you are remembering "what ifs", you won’t find it easy to recollect how "high up" you went but you will always remember that mortifying fall as clear as day.
