Blackjack Is Like A Roller Coaster
Blackjack is a game that reminds me somewhat of a crazy ride. Blackjack is a game that starts out slowly, but gradually gains speed. As you slowly build up your bankroll, you feel like you are on your way to the top of the coaster and then when you aren’t expecting it, the bottom falls.
Blackjack is so akin to a crazy ride the similarities are striking. As with the popular amusement park ride, your black jack game will peak and things will appear as though they are going well for awhile before it bottoms out once again. You definitely have to be a black jack player who’s able to adjust well to the ups and downs of the game mainly because the game of blackjack is full of them.
If you like the tiny coaster, one that doesn’t go too high or fast, then bet small. If you find the only way you can enjoy the rollercoaster ride is with a bigger wager, then jump on for the rollercoaster ride of your life on the monster coaster. The high stakes gambler will love the view from the monster wild ride because they are not considering the drop as they rush head first to the top of the game.
A win goal and a loss limit works well in black jack, but very few bettors adhere to it. In blackjack, if you "get on the rollercoaster" as it is going up, that’s all lovely, but when the cards "go south" and the coaster starts to toss and turn, you had better get out in a hurry.
If you don’t, you will not necessarily remember how much you enjoyed life while your bankroll was "up". The only thing you will remember is a lot of uncertainties, a mad ride … your head in the sky. As you are recalling "what ifs", you won’t clearly recount how "high up" you went but you will recall that disastrous drop as clear as day.
